Our winemaker has handcrafted a bold new blend that is 79% Petite Sirah and 21% Syrah. Featuring delicious aromas of cocoa powder and blackberry jam, this dry, medium- to full-bodied wine combines tastes of cherry, pomegranate, red currant, and vanilla with well-integrated oak and soft tannins. Perfect with smoked meats-including the vinegar tang of Eastern NC-style barbecue-lamb kebabs, and sweet potatoes, it's also a surprisingly smooth partner for rich desserts such as candied walnuts and pecan pie.
